Q1 Are your essential oils, floral waters, carrier oils organic?

Yes. All of our essential oils, floral waters, and carrier oils are 100% pure, natural, and extracted from organically grown plants. Each ingredient is carefully selected by professional aromatherapists and biochemists from trusted sources around the world. We are proud to offer you products of the highest quality.

 

Q2. Are your skin care products safe?

Absolutely. We take great care in selecting every ingredient, and all of our skincare products are proudly formulated and manufactured in Canada. Whenever possible, we use natural ingredients sourced from certified organic farms.

Our formulations contain no mineral oils, animal-derived ingredients, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), synthetic fragrances, artificial colors, or parabens. All of our products are also 100% vegan.

<Shipping and Payment - FAQ>

Q1. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, e-transfer, and personal cheques.
All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

 

Q2. What shipping methods are available?

We work with a variety of trusted carriers, including Intelcom, Ecom, UniUni, Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and US Economy.The carrier for each order is selected based on the destination and package size to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery.
All shipments include tracking and insurance.
A signature confirmation option is available upon request for an additional $5 CAD.

on orders of $85 CAD or more (before tax)
- $10 CAD
on orders under $85 CAD (before tax)

For International Customers:

● Estimated Delivery Times

  • Ontario: 2–3 business days

  • Other Canadian Provinces: 3–5 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. U.S. shipments may be subject to inspection by U.S. Customs, which can delay delivery.

 

Q3. When will my order ship?

Once your payment has been processed, your order will be scheduled for fulfillment and shipped within 5 business days.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.

 

Q4. My order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs processing.

In some cases, your country's customs authorities may hold packages for inspection, which can result in additional delays.

If your order has not arrived within twice the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@chons.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

 

Q5.Will I be charged tax?

For Canadian Customers:
Applicable taxes will be added based on your province of residence:

  • HST-participating provinces

    will be charged their respective rates:

    • Ontario: 13%

    • New Brunswick: 15%

    • Nova Scotia: 15%

    • Newfoundland & Labrador: 15%

    • Prince Edward Island: 15%

  • Non-HST provinces and territories will be charged 5% GST only.

For International Customers:
All international customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, import fees, and customs charges imposed by their local authorities. These are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.

 

Q6.I live in Ontario Canada. Can I pick up my order?

We’re sorry, but at this time all online orders are shipped only. Local pickup is not available.

 

<Cancellation & Return - FAQ>

Q1. Can I cancel my order?

As orders are processed promptly upon receipt, cancellations will only be accepted if requested within 24 hours of the order confirmation email.

Q2. Can I return the products?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

-Returned products must be unopened and in resalable condition to receive full credit for the cost of goods.
-No restocking fees will be applied.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If we’ve made an error with your order, we will gladly cover the cost of reshipping the correct item.
