SHIPPING:

● Shipping & Handling Fees

For Canadian & U.S. Customers
- FREE on orders of $85 CAD or more (before tax)
- $10 CAD on orders under $85 CAD (before tax)

For International Customers
Please contact us for a shipping quote tailored to your destination.


● Shipping Methods

We partner with a variety of trusted carriers, including Intelcom, Ecom, UniUni, Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and US Economy.
The carrier for each order is selected based on the destination and package size to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery.
All shipments include tracking and insurance.
A signature confirmation option is available upon request for an additional $5 CAD.


● Estimated Delivery Times

- Ontario: 2–3 business days
- Other Canadian Provinces: 3–5 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. For U.S. shipments, packages may be held for inspection by U.S. Customs.


TAXES FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

Customers in provinces that participate in HST will be charged their respective rates:(Ontario - 13%, New Brunswick - 15%, Nova Scotia - 15%, Newfoundland & Labrador - 15%, Prince Edward Island - 15%)

Customers in provinces that do not participate in HST will only be charged 5% GST.



DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, import fees, or other related charges incurred upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their country’s import regulations and to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for entry.

In the event that a shipment is delayed, held, or discarded by customs or other regulatory agencies due to import restrictions, we cannot be held liable for any resulting delays or loss of products.
Terms of payment
Please complete your payment within 7 days of placing your order.
We accept Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, and E-transfer.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
Full payment is required before your order can be shipped.
Shipping timeframe
Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be scheduled for processing and shipped within 5 business days.
We will notify you promptly if there are any delays.

Cancellation & Return Policy / Disclaimer
CANCELLATION POLICY:

As orders are processed promptly upon receipt, cancellations will only be accepted if requested within 24 hours of the order confirmation email.

RETURN POLICY:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

-Returned products must be unopened and in resalable condition to receive full credit for the cost of goods.
-No restocking fees will be applied.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If we’ve made an error with your order, we will gladly cover the cost of reshipping the correct item.
