Q1 Are your essential oils, floral waters, carrier oils organic?
Yes. Our essential oils, floral waters, carrier oils are 100% pure and natural, extracted from organic plants. These are selected from all over the world by professional aromatherapists and biochemists. Please enjoy the best quality ever!
Q2. Are your cosmetics 100% natural?
None of our products contain any synthetic colors, fragrances, mineral oils, animal oils, and more than 99% of the ingredients are from natural source. However, there are some products which contain a minimum amount of mild preservatives. Some of our products are subject to spoilage without any preservatives, so we can’t avoid adding them to keep our products fresh. However, we only use the preservatives which are prooved to be safe and some of them actually exist in nature. We never use harsh preservatives such as parabens.
The products which contain a minimum amount of mild preservatives are:
Cleansing Cream, Facial Toner, Moisturizing Cream, Eye Cream, Massage Cream, Massage Oil, Body Lotion, Hand Lotion and Men's Products.
All the other products are 100% natural.

Q1. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card, paypal, money order, and personal cheque. All orders must be paid in advance of shipping.The prices listed are in Canadian dollars.

We ship via Canada Post. (Coverage is included)

Q3. What are my shipping charges?
Shipping and handling fees are $8 for Canadian customers, $12 for US customers. Please order more than $65 to get free shipping.
For international shipping, please contact us for the quote.
Q4. When will my order ship?
Once your payment is cleared, it will be scheduled for processing and shipped in 3 business days. You will be notified if any delays occur.
Q5. My order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery time.
Please note that delivery times are estimated by Canada Post and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays. Your country's customs authority may hold orders up for inspection. If you haven’t got them in twice the estimated delivery time, please contact email@example.com.
Q6.Will I be charged tax?
FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
Customers in provinces that do not participate in HST will only be charged 5% GST - Alberta, Manitoba, PEI, Quebec, Saskatchewan & Yukon

We are sorry, but we deliver all of the on-line orders at this point.
Q8. Can I cancel my order?
Because we process the orders as soon as we receive them, we will not accept a cancellation unless you contact us within 24 hours after the confirmation e-mail is sent. To cancel your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or text to 416-592-0808.
Q9. Can I return the products?
If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, returns will be accepted only with prior discussion, within 2 weeks of receipt of shipment. We do not charge restocking fee. The products have to be unopened and in saleable condition to receive full credit on the cost of goods. We do not pay for the shipping cost for returning.
If an error has been made, we will gladly pay for reshipment for product.
